  • Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! Travel is available for on-location bridal services. Weddings outside the Chattanooga area require a 4 service minimum and a travel fee depending on distance.

  • Will there be more than one stylist for larger parties?
For larger bridal parties with 6+ services or tight timelines, a second stylist may be added to ensure everyone is ready on time.

  • When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due before the wedding day, This allows you to fully relax and enjoy your morning getting ready.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
To reserve your wedding date, we accept Zelle (instant & free) or standard bank transfers (1-3 business days, free). These methods ensure that your full retainer goes directly towards your bridal services. We do not accept Venmo or credit cards to avoid processing fees, which allows us to dedicate 100% of your payment to your wedding day experience.

  • Is the retainer refundable?
A $100 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to officially reserve your wedding date. This retainer will be applied toward your final balance.
